We have our little princess Claire...and now we have our little football player Jacob. He is also apparently a couch potato.

Needs to have control of the remote. Another signal he will be just like Dad.

It's not just play, but hard work. He incorporates push-ups into the routine. Look at the strain as he pushes up for the 100th time.
Whew...this stuff is hard work. Like they say, no pain, no gain.
