What a beautiful day!  The kids took advantage and spent some time out on the deck on their scooters and bikes.

Happy New Year!



This year I decided to have my nieces and nephew over for a New Years Eve Glow-in-the-Dark Dance Party Sleepover Extrvaganza!  So 6 kids + lots of junk food + Glow Sticks + Just Dance 4 + Staying Up Late = Chaos + Good Times.

 

We lined them up on the couch, oldest to youngest - Isaac, Thaiana, Mya, Claire, Ben and Jacob.  Getting them all to look at the same time was hard.  We didn't do too bad though!

We put Jacob down at about 11pm...he was getting cranky.  The rest of them almost made it to midnight.  Here they are getting ready for the countdown but some of them were fading...

Ben was the first to go at 11:50pm...

 

Mya was a close second at 11:51pm....

Claire fell asleep at 11:58pm....lol, she almost made it!

Isaac nd Thaiana made it to midnight and so did Anthony and I for the first time in 4 years!

The next day they had more fun with the lego's and finished eating the rest of the junk before they got picked up.

It was a good time and a night they will always remember and are already asking to do it again next year!
