We spent Canada Day in Whitby. While Jacob napped, we took Claire to her very first movie with Marc, Joanne & Ryan. Here we are posing in front of the Transformers advertisement. That's not the movie we took her to though!

All in all, she did alright. We saw Cars 2 and it probably wasn't the greatest pick as a first feature for her. The plot was too confusing and was not funny enough for the kids to relate to. She also got popcorn stuck in her teeth and was fussing over that so I had to take her to the washroom to floss. But she had lots of fun. After that we went for lunch.

Claire stayed with Grandma and Grandpa overnight to watch the fireworks while we took the little guy home. She had lots of fun with her grandparents and cousins that she did not want to come home the next day.
